HemiPleat: state-of-the-art filter technology

The pleats made with HemiPleat technology are uniform throughout the media and remain open rather than pressed down. The opening of the pleats ensures that the entire filter surface is usable media.

The techniques we use to manufacture the media packs for our filter cartridges are unique and patented. We use synthetic beads to keep the pleats in the cartridge open, exposing more media to the air stream and creating a more durable and efficient filter cartridge.

HemiPleat media reduces filter pressure drop and facilitates better release of dust and smoke particles during the pulse cleaning process. In addition, by using less compressed air and reducing the energy demand of the fan motor, you will save money.
